1. Your Account and Your Organization

You are accessing WheelTune as an authorized user affiliated with a specific casino or organization (the "Customer").

Your organization's Administrators hold ultimate control over your workspace. They have the right to provision, suspend, or terminate your access to WheelTune at any time, and they have visibility into your account activity and telemetry logs.

2. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

As a condition of using WheelTune, you agree that you will not:

• Share Credentials: Share your account password or Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes with any other individual. Each technician or user must have their own distinct account.
• Personal Advantage: Use WheelTune, its telemetry data, or any derived insights for personal gambling advantage, advantage play, or to disclose wheel biases to unauthorized third parties.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or derive the source code, proprietary algorithms, or hardware communication protocols of the WheelTune platform.
• Interference: Upload malicious code, interfere with Bluetooth connectivity, or intentionally attempt to falsify calibration data sent to the platform.

3. Intellectual Property

Aspect Innovations retains all right, title, and interest in and to the WheelTune software, mobile applications, interfaces, and underlying technology. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the platform solely for the internal business operations of your organization.

4. Advisory Nature of Services

WheelTune is designed to provide diagnostic telemetry and calibration assistance for physical casino hardware. However, the platform is strictly an advisory tool.

You and your organization are solely responsible for verifying the physical state of the hardware, ensuring regulatory compliance on the casino floor, and taking appropriate operational action. Aspect Innovations is not liable for operational losses, fines, or damages resulting from the use or misinterpretation of WheelTune data.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your individual access to WheelTune immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if directed to do so by your organization's Administrator.
