• Mobile & Device Data: When you use our mobile application, we automatically collect diagnostic and usage information. This includes your IP address, phone model, operating system version, and app version. This is essential for ensuring reliable Bluetooth connectivity with our hardware and for troubleshooting crashes.
• Wheel Telemetry Data: Data transmitted from paired physical hardware.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and support the WheelTune cross-platform experience.
• Authenticate your identity and enforce security policies like Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
• Diagnose mobile app performance issues specific to certain device models or OS versions.
• Send administrative notifications, such as security alerts or terms of service updates.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We only share your information in the following strict circumstances:

• Authorized Distributors: If your organization's WheelTune account is linked to a regional hardware distributor, authorized personnel from that distributor may be granted access to certain account details and wheel telemetry. This enables them to provide localized support, proactive maintenance, and hardware replacements.
• Organization Administrators: Your account activity, including login timestamps and completed wheel tests, is visible to the designated administrators of your casino/organization workspace.
• Service Providers: With trusted cloud infrastructure providers required to securely host and operate the platform.
• Legal Compliance: If required by law or requested by gaming regulatory authorities to ensure floor compliance.

4. Data Security & Retention

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption at rest and in transit, to protect your personal data. We retain your personal data only for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.
