WheelTune app 0.11.0

Account setup on the phone, casinos, an analytics tab, your branding, and a long list of fixes.

The biggest update to the app since launch. Everything the web does to get an account ready now happens on the phone too, casinos let you organise wheels the way your floor is laid out, and the new Analytics tab shows how testing is going. Wheel health scores are not live yet; wherever a score will appear you will see "Coming soon".

  • Set up your account on the phone

    Register, accept an invitation, confirm your email, agree to the terms and create your organisation, all in the app. Links from our emails open straight into it.

  • Casinos

    Group wheels by venue, narrow the wheel picker to one casino, and manage casinos from their own tab.

  • Analytics tab

    Tests this month against last, wheels tested lately, a 30-day activity curve and the wheels worth a look.

  • Your branding

    Your organisation's logo and accent colour, set on the web, carried through the app.

  • Shared sign-in

    Use the same saved password as the web; strong passwords are suggested when you set one.

  • What's new, in the app

    Release notes after each update, and any time under Settings → What's new.

  • Fixed-foot step

    Three short steps and a clear guide from the phone to the foot you leave alone.

  • Wheel picker

    Search, a casino filter that scrolls when there are many, and an Unassigned group.

  • Look and feel

    A roulette-wheel loader, cards washed with your accent, rings that breathe and counters that count.

  • Wheel scores: coming soon

    Wherever a score would show, it says so until the scoring algorithm ships.

Fixed

  • Keyboard glitch on the code screen

    The keyboard no longer opens and closes by itself on the one-time-code and forgot-password steps.

  • First sign-in

    The free-trial pill, token balance and manufacturer list load on the first launch, not the second.

  • Stability

    Crashes on the fixed-foot step and the analytics tab, an overflowing wheel card, and endless loading on some launches.

WheelTune 0.3.0: the new web app

The web app rebuilt from the ground up: a new dashboard, casinos, branding, a distributor portal and staff tools.

This is the biggest update to WheelTune yet. The web app has been rebuilt on a new design system, so every page is faster, works properly on a phone, and looks like one product with the mobile app. Casinos let you group wheels and people the way your organisation is laid out; branding carries your logo and colours into the app; and a distributor portal and staff tools sit behind the scenes.

  • A new dashboard

    Stat tiles, fleet and testing activity, an attention list and a casino breakdown, in a layout you can rearrange.

  • Casinos

    Group wheels by the casino they live in, limit technicians to their casinos, and narrow the whole app to one casino from the header.

  • Your branding, everywhere

    Upload your logo and colours once and the mobile app wears them too.

  • Distributor portal

    Distributors with access see their customers, insights and invitations in one place.

  • Test detail with the level journey

    Open any test to replay how the wheel was levelled, step by step.

  • Activity, devices and people

    An activity log with what changed, device pages, and user management with roles and invitations.

    This page, and a one-time note like this one after each update.

Improved

  • Phone layouts

    Detail actions collapse into a menu, settings pages scroll as one, tables fit narrower screens, and the marketing pages no longer scroll sideways.

  • Strong passwords offered

    Password managers are offered a strong password wherever you set a new one.

  • Wheel scores: coming soon

    Everywhere a wheel health score would show now says so, until the scoring algorithm ships.

Fixed

  • Email verification links

    Links sign you in first, or switch accounts, instead of failing when you were signed out.

  • Two-factor codes by email

    Codes go through their own email queue with retries, so they arrive.

WheelTune!

The first beta release of WheelTune! Before we add new tests, we have refined the levelling process completely. Sign up, open the app, log in and get levelling! All tests will be recorded and are available to view on the dashboard. All tests cost 0 tokens during this beta period.

New

  • Authentication

    You can sign up, log in, reset your password and create your customer account.

  • Signup Flow

    When signing up, you will be guided through the process seamlessly.

  • Settings

    Settings (profile image, personal details, customer details) can be adjusted from the web app.

  • Adding Wheels

    Select from our list of models from various manufacturers. You can assign the wheels friendly names and locations to make the process of finding them in your casino simpler.

  • Level Checking

    You can now quickly check if your roulette wheel is level. Just put the phone in the wheel, spin it, and wait for WheelTune to tell you if it's level or not.

  • Level Adjusting

    If your wheel is not level, you can choose to continue to level. Once you do so, you'll be asked to set the reference foot (which can be done by pointing the phone towards it). Then you'll be given instructions immediately on how much each foot needs turning for the wheel to be perfectly level.

  • Test Tracking

    View all previous tests. See the results, when they were performed and by whom.

  • User Invitations

    Invite users to join your account. Users who join you will have access to the same data and be able to perform tests on the same wheels. Useful for large casinos with multiple technicians.
